Who we are
Ecommerce Agency ("we", "us") is an ecommerce growth agency serving brands in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and worldwide. You can reach us at contact@ecomerceagency.com.
What we collect
When you request a strategy call we collect the details you type into the form: your name, work email, store URL or brand name, monthly revenue range and what you want to improve. If you email us we also keep that correspondence. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare for and run your call, send the proposal or action plan you asked for, and keep records of our conversation. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Legal basis (UK and EU visitors)
We process your details to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries, such as our hosting provider, our email provider and any form-handling or scheduling tool we use. They may process data only on our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA and California privacy law) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, object to or restrict its use, and complain to your local data protection authority. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
We work with clients worldwide, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
